1: Reservations

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance of scheduled date.
(Bookings for congresses and conferences accepted anytime)

2: Booking Status Confirmation

To check booking status, contact us by telephone or click here.
Office hours:from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM
(Closed Dec. 29th - Jan. 3rd)

3: How to apply

(1) Tentative reservations are accepted by e-mail, telephone, and by face-to-face meetings. 
(2) Applications to confirm reservations are to be tendered within 2 weeks of tentative reservation. 
   (No limit for congress/conference reservations)
(3) Applications are accepted by e-mail, fax, and mail correspondence.

4: Opening Hours

(1) The facility is available for general use between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM .
(from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, access is permitted for preparation and cleaning)
(2) Hours for preparation and cleaning are also included in operation time.
